It’s that time again, kids, Me-Made-May is upon us, and this year I am participating on a small scale.
The last two times I have joined in, I became very frustrated but learnt a fair amount about my dressing habits. With these memories in mind, I am opting for a me-made item on five days a week, but I will try for more. Currently I am inbetween houses and a lot of my clothes are packed away, so already my wardrobe is limited. I’ve also not been sewing in such a prolific way for the last four years, so specifically my me-made portion of my wardrobe is smaller than it was previously. I do however have the luxury of working from home, so I am no longer bound to office-friendly combinations.
My goal is to figure out what I actually need to sew. I have a lot of fabric that I would like to turn into wearable garments, and also a very tired wardrobe that I’d like to rediscover and refresh where possible. I will write up a post (or two) with
